Meet Ashley Emmons

Ashley Emmons helps high-achievers and teams build real, sustainable confidence—so they can lead with clarity, prevent burnout, and stay connected to what matters most. As the co-founder of Monday Wellness, she designs and facilitates professional development experiences that blend therapeutic insight with real-world strategy. Her work supports organizations that want to prioritize both performance and people.

At the core of her approach is the Confidence Fingerprint Framework—a research-based model that helps individuals identify their unique strengths, navigate imposter syndrome and perfectionism, and lead with authenticity. Ashley brings a warm, direct, and inclusive facilitation style to every room, creating space for both honest reflection and meaningful action.

With a background in psychotherapy, nonprofit leadership, and corporate consulting, Ashley understands the pressure of high-stakes environments. Prior to her work at Monday Wellness, she worked in law firms, nonprofits, wilderness therapy programs, and corporate settings—giving her deep insight into the challenges professionals face across industries.

She integrates somatic tools, mindfulness, and trauma-sensitive yoga to help participants strengthen the mind-body connection and reduce stress. Her goal is to help people access a deeper, embodied sense of confidence—one rooted in clarity, nervous system awareness, and self-trust.

Ashley is committed to practicing with cultural humility, transparency, and compassion. She believes confidence doesn’t have to be performative—and that who you are is already enough.
